Phoenix, with a 1-3 championship round record, a 4-9 semifinal round record, just one championship in 104 cumulative seasons and a 13-year trophy drought, comes in second on the misery list.
Only Atlanta, who has just one championship in 162 cumulative seasons and a 19-year championship drought, tops the Valley of the Sun on the list.
Rounding out the top ten are Cleveland, San Diego, Buffalo, Houston, Denver, Kansas City, Minneapolis and Philadelphia.
