2014 Phoenix Mercury schedule released

The 2014 Phoenix Mercury schedule was released Thursday.
The 34-game slate features plenty of big games, including the season opener May 17 against the Seattle Storm at US Airways Center.
The Mercury will also appear on national television six times, which is the most of any team in the league.
The schedule spans 93 days and will feature four back-to-back sets, which is the most the Mercury will have had since the 2006 season.
Four of the team’s first five games and six of the last 11 will be played at home.
