June 15, 2012: Cardinals finish minicamp
So, how does Cardinals head coach Ken Whisenhunt feel after three weeks of OTAs and a three-day, five-practice minicamp?
"Depressed. It's been a good offeason, just doesn't seem like it was long enough. But that's selfishness. Our guys have worked hard and we've gotten a lot done."
His final message to the team until he sees them again in Flagstaff on July 24 for the start of training camp: "Let's don't go backwards."

• Whiz cut the last practice short by 30 minutes, and after he lined up everyone to run, he changed his mind.
• Veterans can still workout in the facility, they just can't do anything on the field.
• Rookies still have two more weeks of work as part of their orientation.

Whiz expects TE Jeff King to be ready for training camp, but they will be cautious. "He's still got five good weeks of rehab to do on his knee. f he's ready to go probably I'll hold him out just to be sure, but don't tell him that."
Whiz's plans now: golf. "As much as I can. Hopefully more than I've been playing."
Whiz also touched on UA WR Gino Crump and his Father's Day plans.
