Russell Westbrook blocks mascot’s shot at Denver Nuggets game

Denver Nuggets SuperMascot Rocky may have some beef with Russell Westbrook.
The Nuggets mascot shoots backward halfcourt shots during fourth quarter timeouts of each game. But in a strange turn of events on Sunday, Westbrook jumps and blocks Rocky’s final shot.
Fans broke out in boos after the shot and continued to boo Westbrook each time he had his hands on the ball.
But that’s not the end of it.
Rocky got another shot during the next timeout but once again Westbrook spoiled the mascot’s moment. He caught the ball and threw it into the stands, increasing the fury of boos from fans.
If Rocky shoots and makes the shot all fans can use their tickets for a free Qdoba queso.
Unfortunately, this crowd went home hungry.
