Rondae Hollis-Jefferson’s freshman season with the Arizona Wildcats featured many memorable moments.
One of them was so great that he decided to have it memorialized on his back in the form of a tattoo.
Really.

As noted by AZDesertSwarm, the original photo was taken by Arizona Daily Star photographer Kelly Presnell during Arizona’s early-season road win over the Michigan Wolverines.
The photo was taken during Arizona’s 72-70 win at Michigan on Dec. 14. The Wildcats trailed 62-60 and were keeping the game close despite the Wolverines holding the homecourt momentum. Jefferson drove to the hoop for a layup and earned an and-one after being fouled by Caris LeVert, and that’s when the Arizona freshman let out the emotional outburst with about 2:30 to play.
It was a great game (if you’re a Wildcats fan) and one that will certainly be remembered.
But in the form of a tattoo on one’s back?
We’re not so sure about that.
