Every Phoenix Suns first round draft pick

The Phoenix Suns have two picks in the first round of the 2013 NBA Draft. Upon being selected, the players will join a long list of players who have been drafted by the organization in the first round.
Now, some of the players selected were never meant to play for the team, as they were meant to be traded all along. And, as has happened, some players were drafted by other teams for the Suns, but weren’t officially Suns picks.
So with that said, here are all the players selected by the Phoenix Suns in the first round of the NBA Draft, from Gary Gregor in 1968 to Kendall Marshall in 2012.
