ASU baseball gets Pepperdine in postseason opener

Arizona State University learned its postseason baseball match-up on Monday.
The No. 2-seeded Sun Devils drew into the San Luis Obispo Region where they will first take on Pepperdine. Should they take down the Waves, ASU will face the winner of Cal Poly and Sacramento.
The team kept an eye on the selection show while traveling back to Tempe after their weekend series against Washington State.

In total, five Pac-12 teams made the postseason, including Oregon State, the overall No. 1 seed.
The Sun Devils open play Friday at 1 p.m.
