Second-year forward T.J. Warren has made a mark in this year’s Samsung Summer League in Las Vegas.
The 2014 first-round draft pick, who is averaging a team-high 19.0 points per game, was named to the All-NBA Summer League First Team on Sunday.
Last season, Warren garnered All-NBA Summer League Second Team honors. In six games, the former North Carolina State star is shooting 54.7 percent from the field.
Joining Warren on the First Team are New Orleans guard Seth Curry, Chicago forward Doug McDermott, Toronto’s Norman Powell and the league’s MVP, Kyle Anderson of the San Antonio Spurs.
The Suns (5-1) will meet the Spurs (5-1) for the Summer League championship Monday night at Thomas & Mack Center at 6:00 p.m. The game will be televised live by NBATV.
