Arizona State football is attempting their best Arizona Coyotes impersonation this year by hosting a “White Out” night for their contest against the University of New Mexico on September 18 at Sun Devil Stadium.
The “White Out” is something new for the football program to go along with other themed nights such as “Maroon Monsoon”, “Black-out” and the normal “Wear Gold” games.

The game will mark the first time ever that the Sun Devils have ever worn the all-white look in a home game. In fact, ASU has worn the “white out” uniforms four times since 2011, and has gone 1-3 in those games. The only win came in 2013, when the Sun Devils broke out the all-whites in a Pac-12 South-clinching 38-33 win over UCLA at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, Calif.
Arizona State begins practices on Tuesday night with their first game scheduled for Saturday, September 5 against Texas A&M.
