Justin posted a long rant on Instagram Thursday:
Everyone in my team has been telling me, "keep the press happy" but I'm tired of all the countless lies in the press right now. Saying I'm going to rehab and how my family is disappointed in me. My family is beyond proud. If Anyone believes i need rehab thats their own stupidity lol I'm 19 with 5 number one albums, 19 and I've seen the whole world. 19 and I've accomplished more than I could've ever dreamed of, i'm 19 and it must be scary to some people to think that this is just the beginning. I know my talent level and i know i got my head on straight. i know who i am and i know who i'm not My messege is to to believe. I honestly don't care if you don't believe in me because I believe in me, and look where that's gotten me so far… I'm writing this with a smile on my face and love in my heart. Letting u know first hand how I feel rather than have these story linger. I'm a good person with a big heart. And don't think I deserve all of this negative press I've worked my ass off to get where I am and my hard work doesn't stop here. i'm growing up finding myself while having people watch me and criticise me everyday i think im doing pretty damn good. And to those comparing me to Lindsay Lohan look at her 2012 tax statements ;).
... The post was quickly removed and replaced with the same rant -- minus the Lindsay Lohan comment.
Bieber tells TMZ ... "My post was only up for a few minutes but I realized right away that what I said at the end was wrong and distracted from what I was trying to say."
Lindsay Lohan thinks Justin Bieber is a naive little loudmouth who will pay for his meanness. Sources close to Lindsay says she was "appalled" when she read what Bieber had written about her in his Instagram diatribe, according to TMZ. Bieber quickly deleted the insult, but Lindsay is telling friends "karma" will bite him back. Lindsay feels Bieber's comments were "senseless and mean" and has no idea why he chose to single her out, bullying her on an international platform.
Lindsay Lohan's past may come back to haunt her though when she goes to trial next week for allegedly lying to cops after her car accident ... because TMZ has learned, prosecutors will attempt to introduce evidence she's done exactly the same thing twice before.
Oprah Winfrey has been named Forbes' most influential person of 2013, topping their list for the second year in a row. According to a research survey -- which ranks more than 7,500 celebrities on 46 different personality attributes -- 48 percent of people rated Winfrey as influential, down only one point from 2012. Winfrey's network OWN, saw an uptick over the last year as she landed major interviews with the likes of controversial athlete Lance Armstrong in the wake of his doping scandal and the late Whitney Houston's family.
... Just below her at 47 percent was Steven Spielberg, whose film Lincoln was nominated for an Academy Award this year, with its star Daniel Day-Lewis taking home the statue for Best Actor.
... Following them on the list are directors Martin Scorcese at 42 percent, Ron Howard at 41 percent and George Lucas at 41 percent.
... Michael J. Fox, who came in at No. 2 last year, dropped down to No. 13 this year.
... Rounding out the top 10: Mehmet Oz (No. 6, 40 percent), Barbara Walters (No. 7, 37 percent), Bono (No. 8, 37 percent), Suze Orman (No. 9, 37 percent) and Clint Eastwood (No. 10, 36 percent).
