Did Britney Spears pull a Milli Vanilli?

This Nov. 5, 2012 file photo shows singer and celebrity judge Britney Spears at the "X-Factor" Finalists Party in Los Angeles. A person familiar with plans for Fox's "The X Factor" says Britney Spears is out of the show. Spears was a mentor on the singing contest for one season, reportedly drawing a $15 million paycheck but failing to pull reviews to match. The person who confirmed reports of her departure wasn't authorized to comment publicly, speaking Thursday on condition of anonymity. (Photo by Jordan Strauss/Invision/AP, file)

Britney Spears' latest song with, Scream and Shout, is a big hit, but is it really her singing it?

According to rapper and R&B singer Eve, it's not. Eve was on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live when host, Andy Cohen, asked what she thought about the song. Her response? "I heard that might not be Britney."

Now Britney's rep is fighting back on her behalf, saying Eve's allegations are false and adding that " wanted her for this song and she sang on it."

Ben Affleck didn't get a Best Director Oscar nomination as many expected he would, but he seems to be ok with it.

Affleck has signed on to be a presenter at the award show along with Best Actress nominees, Jennifer Lawrence and Jessica Chastain. Affleck still has a chance to walk away with a couple trophies though, including Best Picture for Argo. The Oscars will air Sunday, February 24th on ABC.

Kendra Wilkinson, who is married to former NFL pro Hank Baskett, and Kate Gosselin, who has 8 kids all under the age of 13, will be switching lives for a week. (Doesn't seem fair.) They're doing it for the upcoming season on Celebrity Wife Swap, and will be featured on the first episode, which will air February 26th on ABC.
