According to The Hollywood Reporter, "American Idol" is in a panic over terrible ratings, and up until recently, producers of the show and network executives had plans to bring Jennifer Lopez back mid-season to replace Mariah Carey.

Well the plan was tossed out when Carey threatened legal action.

But that doesn't mean you'll see Carey back next season, or any of the other judges, because a search is already underway for a brand new panel.

An American Idol spokesperson says this is all just a rumor.

A new reality docu-series called "Calabasas 91302" is currently looking for interesting families to join the cast. Of course you have to live in the luxurious zip code to be considered.

Residents of The Oaks, a gated community where Justin Bieber, Kourtney Kardashian, Travis Barker and tons more high profile celebrities live, recently received a letter, that was later obtained by TMZ, stating the cameras would soon start rolling in their neighborhood.

Gwyneth Paltrow seems to be having an amazing couple of months. Her new cookbook, "It's All Good," is a New York Times best seller. Her new movie, "Iron Man 3," will be out on May 3rd, and likely to top the box office. And now she's People magazine's 2013 Most Beautiful Woman.

The latest issue will be out Friday, April 26 and also includes Kerry Washington, Zooey Deschanel and Pink.
