You may be familiar with the story of Los Angeles Dodgers outfielder Matt Kemp stopping to give a cancer-stricken Joshua Jones his hat, jersey and cleats after a loss to the San Francisco Giants -- in San Francisco.

That was awesome, but now Kemp has done one better.

He arranged to have Jones and his family fly to Los Angeles to check out a Dodgers/Angels game. But not only did Kemp do that, but he brought Jones onto the field for batting practice and introduced him to superstar Mike Trout.

Nicely done, Matt.
