The Arizona Cardinals made a couple of cuts Friday in an effort to clear some cap space.

This does not necessarily come as a shock, as both players were signed by the previous coaching regime and neither did anything to establish themselves in the desert.

Bradley was never able to gain any traction with the team, seeing most of his action on special teams. He finished his Arizona career with 42 tackles over two seasons.

And Gay, signed prior to the season, tallied 57 tackles and two interceptions.

Leads one to think they may restructure him rather than cut him. If they can do that and restructure Kolb that should leave them with 7-10 mil under the cap?

    Smart move by Keim
Gay was going downhill and Bradley way overpriced for the limited production. This will allow room to restucture Kolb and as a bonus, we keep Hoyer who is a gamer and who is better than any other FA out there. We can now focus on O-line and running back in this draft, plus pick up a young gunslinger like Manuel or Bray to develop under B.A. and Moore who are the best QB coaches a player could ask for. Great moves.

Thought William Gay made some improvement this year behind the 5th best secondary of 2012.
