The Arizona Cardinals added another to their 2013 free agent class, agreeing to terms with defensive lineman Frostee Rucker.

News of the deal was first reported by XTRA 910's Mike Jurecki and later confirmed by the team.

Rucker, 29, spent last season with the Cleveland Browns, where he tallied 48 tackles, four sacks and one forced fumble.

A 6-foot-3, 280-pound defensive end, Rucker was a third-round choice of the Cincinnati Bengals out of USC in 2006.

For his career, Rucker has tallied 153 combined tackles to go along with 11 sacks, one interception and four forced fumbles.

its amazing how much they have added to the defense, and how little to the offense. Makes me think they are going to dedicate the majority of the draft to rebuilding the offense with best talent available and then maybe pick up a few pieces that teams cut throughout training camp and preseason to solidify it.

Defense,Defense what the heck? You have no QB and no OL where is your brain?

    Offense Anybody?
I think Arians thinks he's got his QB and that the Offensive Line will be much better. I hope he's right. He better draft Olinemen anyway and maybe an elite.pass rusher and developmental QB. Maybe they stumble across the next Russell Wilson.

    Are you 2 serious?
Mendenhall upgrades the RB, Stanton is better for our QB in this system, I have a feeling we'll land Keith Boothe for OG but if not they'll move Levi or Massie to RG. Arians came into a salary cap nightmare.

    2nd thought
If the 2 top OT's are off the board by 7 which most feel will happen, then we'll either draft a pass rusher or trade back. We'll draft a QB in the late 2nd or 3rd. I like what Arians & Keim are doing but we do have a lot of work to do.

    Great Job Arians
Brilliant. Providing quality depth on defense from free agency. Look for the focus to shift to offense in the draft. Here's my picks: 1. Ezekiel Ansah, 2. Larry Warford, 3. Tyler Bray, 4. Josh Evans, 5. Ryan Otten, 6. Reid Fragel, 6b. Vince Williams.

No QB and no OL, ok. What QB should we have signed in free agency? Peyton Manning? That didn't work out but they tried. Next???? Free agency is a way to build depth, not a panacea. There is no doubt in my mind the Cards are looking at OL with the 1st pick and overall their draft will likely be heavily biased towards offense with the F/A defensive players acquired. Franchise qb will just have to wait, there simply isn't one worth our 1st pick.

We got one of the best QBs and one of the best RBs available in FA this year. It's just unfortunate that the "best" available at those positions simply weren't that good. Similarly with OL, the best available were either a gamble or were too expensive for our cap room - with Levi coming back, our young tackles improving, and this being an OL-deep draft, we didn't need to bring in mediocre-at-best veterans at OL or cut good players to free up cap room to take a risk in a Jake Long.

    Reserve Judgement
Until the draft is over- would not be surprised to 2 O-lineman and a QB within the 1st 4 picks. I'll admit that I am not overly impressed so far, but understand that Keim and Arians are doiing the best that they can with the cap space they had. I'm betting that cutting Wilson, Rhodes and Kolb to clear cap space were not easy choices.

Qb and offense will be addressed through the draft. Think about it, do you really want to build the franchise through outcasts from other teams? Imean realisticly, who is better as a free agent qb that is better than whsy we have right now? One that isnt aging that we can buuild a team around? same for the OL, we have enough bridge guys on our team already, we can draft linemen that will develop with the bridge guys as their backups. Im sick of you FAKE fans crysing and whinning, shut up!
