Remember when: Arizona Cardinals at Super Bowl XLIII Media Day

Jan 27, 2015, 2:30 PM | Updated: 2:30 pm

Over at the US Airways Center Tuesday, the Seattle Seahawks and New England Patriots will take part in the annual Super Bowl Media Day.

However, don’t let the name fool you: it’s not exactly “for” the media. Sure, there are reporters and cameras, along with players and coaches giving interviews, but it’s more of a spectacle, the kind of event not usually associated with the journalism industry.

But while you may not be all that intrigued by what anyone from either team has to say, it gives us a chance to remember that time six years ago when it was the Arizona Cardinals taking part in the spectacle.

It was exactly six years ago, on Jan. 27, 2009, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL.
