Suspended Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington has reportedly completed his anger management/domestic violence classes.
Washington was suspended by the NFL last May for at least a year for violating the league’s substance abuse policies. He could potentially apply for reinstatement soon.
He also received a one year probation for assaulting his ex-girlfriend, but as it happened before the league’s policy revision, it’s not clear what that will mean for Washington.
According to FOX Sports’ Mike Jurecki, Washington has not failed or missed any drug tests during his suspension. He said his teammates have also been supportive and he’s “looking forward to a fresh start,” and has “even thought about changing my (jersey) number.”
