If former Phoenix Suns forward Amare Stoudemire was looking to get his frustration out after going down 2-0 in the series with the Miami Heat, he might have thought about choosing a softer target.
Knicks forward Amare Stoudemire punched the glass area that enclosed a fire extinguisher, a source tells @YahooSports.
Yes, you read that right. Stoudemire, sometimes accused of not attacking the glass, put his fist straight through a pane of the stuff.
Later tweets said that fellow players believed Stoudemire needed stitches and that there was blood all over the floor of the visitor's locker room in Miami.
Officials with the Knicks were not available for immediate comment.
