The Phoenix Suns' facelift continued Friday when Arizona Republic beat writer Paul Coro reported that the team has agreed to terms with veteran free agent big man Jermaine O'Neal.
The 33-year-old O'Neal spent the last two seasons with the Boston Celtics, averaging just over five points per contest.
The six-time All-Star spent his best seasons with the Indiana Pacers, where he averaged 18.6 points and 9.6 rebounds per game.
O'Neal should fill the gap at the backup center position for the Suns. Last year's backup, Robin Lopez, was traded to the New Orleans Hornets last month.
