Arizona Diamondbacks to host inaugural Alumni Day

The Arizona Diamondbacks are set to host the inaugural D-backs Alumni Day, presented by Sanderson Ford, on September 15 after the D-backs vs. Giants game at 5:10 p.m. at Chase Field.
The game will feature D-backs greats such as Luis Gonzalez, Brandon Webb, Steve Finley, Matt Williams and more. The players are set to play four innings.
Alumni Day festivities will commence with an on-field pregame ceremony, announcing the D-backs alumni in attendance. Current D-backs players and coaches will sport the purple alternate jerseys from 1998-2002 for the game, as voted on by fans.
The first 20,000 fans will get a Matt Williams alumni bobblehead. Tickets are on sale now for $14 and can be purchased by calling the D-backs at (602) 514-8400 or online at dbacks.com/alumni.
