It seems like you’re trying to tell us something.
With the Arizona Diamondbacks’ Cactus League opener set for Tuesday, an overwhelming majority of fans said the team’s starting rotation is its top question mark heading into the 2015 season.
In Wednesday’s Sanderson Ford Poll Question of the Day, we asked: What is your biggest concern about the 2015 Arizona Diamondbacks heading into spring training?
The results were overwhelming: Of the 900-plus people who weighed in, nearly 700, or 76 percent, said the D-backs’ starting pitching is the No. 1 concern.
None of the other five options received more than 7 percent of the vote.
Josh Collmenter posted a 3.46 ERA for Arizona last season, but he was one of the few bright spots for a starting rotation that struggled with injuries and consistency last season.
One piece of potential good news: Patrick Corbin, who missed all of last season with a UCL injury, said Wednesday that he’s feeling great and progressing toward a return. Corbin paced the D-backs rotation with a 3.41 ERA and a 14-8 record in 2013.
