Arizona Coyotes goalie Mike Smith to rock throwback mask for Thursday’s game

The Arizona Coyotes will be sporting a different (but familiar) look when they take the ice Thursday night against the Vancouver Canucks at Gila River Arena.

The ‘Yotes will be donning retro ‘Kachina’ uniforms, which long-time fans will recognize as the first duds worn by the team when it moves to the Valley in 1996.

It’s going to be cool.

As part of the night, goalie Mike Smith will be rocking a special mask.

The Coyotes tweeted out some photos if it Wednesday morning.

The puck drops at 7:00 p.m. Arizona time. The Coyotes, who have lost 10 straight games, will look to end their skid in style.
