Many people questioned Brock Osweiler's decision to leave ASU early and enter the NFL Draft.

The decision, while iffy at the time, proved to be the right one for the QB, as he was taken in the second round of the NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos Thursday.

The 6-foot-7 QB, who started every game his junior season, completed 63.2 percent of his passes for 4,036 yards and 26 touchdowns in leading the Sun Devils to a 6-7 record.

However, any questions people may have had over Osweiler's relative inexperience (just 15 career starts) were outweighed by the QB's potential, as he has size, mobility and one of the draft's stronger arms.

And, as a second-round pick, Osweiler presents excellent value as a player who can be developed as a QB and not have the expectations of an entire franchise placed upon him early in his career.

Osweiler now gets the opportunity to tutor under future Hall-of-Famer Peyton Manning and John Elway, the Broncos' current executive vice president of football operations. Elway was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2004.

He can stink it up as a Denver Donkey and get some more tattoos. Do you think, as a youngster, Brock had the plan to get tattoos? He must be really stupid.

    Seriously
You could come up with a better reason to hate a man than tattoos. I think he might stand half a chance to be competent quarterback in the NFL if not better than average. He has size and a very strong arm and with the tutelage of Peyton Manning and John Elway who knows what will come of him.

    I don't hate him
I just think he looks stupid and that makes him look stupid for doing it. Generational crap is hard to grasp at times. Imagine Montana, Staubach, Namath, Tarkenton, Young and all the others looking like wannabes. Can't do it, can you?

Tattoos pollute the body, but you need to ignore the them. The Broncos are a perfect situation for Brock. Good luck to you.
