The Arizona Wildcats are ranked No. 10 in the final College Football Playoff rankings of the season. This is a three spot drop from their No. 7 ranking last week.

Arizona saw a meteoric rise this season and went 10-3, beating rival Arizona State in the Territorial Cup to win the Pac-12 South and also upsetting top-four opponent Oregon earlier in the season.

The Wildcats suffered a decisive 51-13 loss in the Pac-12 Championship game against the Ducks Friday, but end the season solidly with the ranking.

As for the playoffs themselves, the rankings stand as such:

1. Alabama
2. Oregon

3. Florida State
4. Ohio State

Arizona will also face Boise State in the 2014 VIZIO Fiesta Bowl on Dec. 31 in Glendale, Ariz.
