There's plenty of change going on in the athletic department
at Northern Arizona University, and it begins at
the top.
In late March, NAU President John Haeger announced that Lisa Campos would take over the department as the new athletic director after serving as the senior associate athletic director at the University of Texas at El Paso.
Campos joined ArizonaSports.com's Jordan Byrd for an
interview and shed light on many subjects,
including her
vision for Lumberjack athletics as well as her new men's
basketball coach, Jack Murphy, who comes to Flagstaff from
Memphis, where he was an assistant under Josh Pastner.
