An old Japanese sky scraper will face pulverization from inside as opposed to the norm of dynamite.

The reason for this unconventional method is due to the cramped and congested nature of Tokyo.

This innovative method is more cleaner and less noisier, according to Taisei corporation's Hideki Ichihara.

As the video progresses, the building can be seen gracefully sliding down its own structure.

The building is expected to be completely gone within the next six months.
