Offense:

Here's what the Cardinals offense looked like after their 2nd quarter TD: Punt, interception, punt, punt, punt, punt, missed field goal, interception, end of game. The Cardinals converted three third-downs the entire game. If the offensive output was somewhere just slightly north of awful the Cards win this game.

Kevin Kolb:

In the first half Kolb completed 14 of 18 for 139 yards, a touchdown and a pick; good enough for a passer rating of 94.2. I thought he was poised to have a huge game. Instead he finished with a passer rating of 69.6 and the two picks came during drives that could have ended in points. Kolb's first clunker as quarterback of the Cards couldn't have come at a worse time. Inaccurate passes and bad INT's don't earn you too many silver linings but I'll say this: it was encouraging to see how pissed off he was at the end of that game.

Jay Feely:

I'm not saying it's easy to make a 51 or 49 yard field goal in Seattle, but I am saying we've come to expect more out of Feely. I'm sure he would say the same. Last year Feely was 8/10 from 40-49 yards and 2/3 from 50 plus yards. He's already missed as many field goals this year (three) as he did all last season.

Beanie:

A former Cardinals coach once said he's not interested in ability; he's more concerned with availability. Without knowing it, that coach was talking about Beanie Wells. We were assured, by Wells on The Big Red Rage, that the hamstring injury was no big deal. That was Thursday. On Sunday, Chester Taylor and Alfonso Smith averaged 3.0 yards per carry in Wells' absence. You'll never find me questioning another man's ability to tolerate pain; I have no idea how much his hamstring hurts. I do, however, continue to question whether Wells is capable of staying on the football field.

    No Beanie
No win for the cards. Beanie, while solid when healthy, just can not be counted on for 16 games a year. Losing Williams in the preseason really hurt big time. Our back ups were absolute scrubs, especially Chester Taylor. I think with beanie we win this game by at least a touchdown. Very disappointed with that performance yesterday. We need a true #2 receiver in the worst way...Guess we have to wait for the young guys to develop...But bottom line, no running game was the reason for that loss yesterday for sure.

I'll say it for you, Burns.
Outcoached offensively. 1) In many cases, Seattle knew exactly what the Cards were doing offensively, combined with, 2) Off Coord. running the ball in the middle (between tackles)over and over. Not sure why when going off tackle (not wide) was more successful. The 3 yrd per carry for Smith is attributed to this combo of factors, not ability. He played well. Seattle owned the middle. Kolb looked like a rookie. Long kicks in a storm in Seattle? Dumb! Trick play on late kick return? Poor timing! Defense looked much better. Kuddos to the DL and CBs. OLBs a tad better, still a liability.

    KOLB
He looked extremely uncomfortable in the pocket...very deissapointed in his pocket presence even in the lucky copletion to Fitz in the endzone...Kolb was running around in a useless circle before he needed to. He did this the whole game, even runing right into the sack or pressure. Kolb needs to settle down.

    What will the excuses be...
..we've heard them all considering we have lost 6 straight to division foes. There's no DA, Max Hall or ML to blame now...you got the support from ownership for all the offseason spending. You supposedly have your hand picked OC and DC...what will the excuses be today?

    Oops, forgot to mention
Brown is the biggest liability on offense. I watched a couple plays where he completely forgot to block. HUh? Needless to say, but I will, he wasn't great on plays he remembered to block. Good luck with that Kolb. On obvious run downs, the Cards came to the line showing run, then ran it to the strength of Sea defense? Huh? I say this because, I was telling my wife what the Cards were going to do before the snap. The wife thought I was a genious. Little did she know, I am not, just so freaking obvious what the offense is doing. To the Cards org: 'C'mon Man!'

    No more excuses
I'm a huge Cards fan, but I can't stand when the staff and the fans make excuses or are completely disillusioned about the quality of this team. The 2011 Cardinals are a BAD football team. The finger can be pointed in a lot of directions, but all of them need to be pointed at the Cardinals organization in one way or another, and not toward some lame excuse that holds no water. We can still root for a bad football team, can't we? Let's not pretend we're something we're not.

Everything you guys have to say is true
We can't pretend to be something we're not. We're not good, but we're not bad either. The mental mistakes continue to plague this team. Seattle's defense owned our offense (especially that one DE Clemmons). There was one play he came off the snap unblocked. The offensive line did a horrible job pass protecting. The run game wasnt special like it is with Beanie but it was satisfactory. They're making mistakes at the worst times.

    KUDOLS to the D
They kept us the game until Kolb's last interception. Offense scored no touchdowns in the 2nd half. Defense improved dramatically and the offense took a step back. Alfonso Smith ran well enough in Beanie's absence. The Offense has work to do on their passing game. Time is running out to build chemistry. The time to improve is urgent and the Cards need to respond next week. It's plain and simple... Either you do or you don't. Play hard or go home. Kolb needs to throw to someone else other than Fitz or Heap. This turnover was his fault.

    This O line
Is so bad they may have to forceGrimm to put the pads back on. Every play one of the lineman got beat. They were disappointing and played like a bunchof slugs. Beanie is a wuss and will never amount to anything as long as he whines about his pain. Sit him for just being a puss

CB- replaced DRC and Toler with who? PP doesn't count- already had him. Kudos for QB as priority 1 and had no clue what their priority 2 should be. OL? Hello? you've got the worst tackles in the NFL. Pass rush- Way too many times the QB is standing back there for a ludicrous amount of time. Flash back to 3rd round of the draft- vs. Housler. LB- playing the 3-4 with Haggans and Porter as your OLB's- enough said. Playcalling- haven't we seen enough of Wiz's playcalling philosophy whether it's through puppet Miller or not?
