    I love listening to Coach Graham. Koetter was an Average coach, but a predictable one. Erickson tried to recruit talent, no matter if the players lacked discipline or not, so he wouldn't have to work on coaching so much. Graham seems like the coach that loves to recruit, but also loves to coach. Now my expectations for the Devils in 2012 is 4-8. If he can meet or exceed those expectations I will be happy. Although the year after that I expect no worse than 6-6. We are willing to wait (by not calling for your head) but don't expect those seats to be filled unless you are winning.
