Amare is a really good player.very easily could be a great player but that is up to him..He has all the tools.Except the most important as of now.And that is heart..He proved early in his career against Tim Duncan during the playoffs when he averaged like 30 and 14,He has not shown that since. My Self I would like to watch this team for the rest of this season.Play the young guys more. This team gets some confidence and grows as a complete unit .If and when Amare decides, to wear his heart on his sleeve and earn that 20 mill a year, on both ends of the court this team will be very special.
As I have written on my Phoenix Suns blog, I just hope the Suns don't panic and make a 60 cents on the dollar deal. I think Amare could still be part of the future at the right price, as doubtful as it seems right now. I feel like they need to get a young big or at least one blue-chipper in any deal.
Wow the newest rumor is very interesting. Corey Maggette with a mixture of other players including such as Curry, Randolph, Bell, Biedrins, or others not listed. Could even include practically their whole team if we throw in Richardson. Search the net and look it up.
Although I agree with most of this blog, I absolutely refuse to buy into the notion that this team is not a play-off team. It's still too early in the season to come up with this idea; as of MY writing, they're a 5-seed, and in a position to be in a 4-seed position.
