    ...can be agreed on and one that allows teams to "Franchise" players like the NFL does. I also heard mention about only allowing 2 max contracts per team. Although, this is definitely not your commercialized free market, which I typically support, it does make things in the NBA way more interesting. The idea of every team having two max players and then filling in the rest with free agency and the draft sounds exciting to me.
