    The NCAA has morphed into a pain in the butt organization. They are acting like HOA's. Power hungry to make silly rules and then to enforce them like it is a capital murder case. Too many rules..... of course, the NCAA schools are no longer student/athlete based. They all seem to be a feeder league to the NFL and NBA. Solution: create a two tier system. one is for college athletes, the other is a trade school for NFL/NBA hopefuls. Separate the two!!!!
