    PROVE It. Make some smart buys. Sounds like Cards were lucky to get Heap, maybe even because of Larry's friendship with him. I'm not willing to give them crdit for that signing since they drafted housler and picked up king initially. No more cheap buys like Porkchop Womack(32y.o) or Chansi Stucky or getting rid of Timmy Hightowere for a 35Y.O. broke down former star AKA von Holiday. Breaston is still not replaced and our OT's suck and Kolb will find that out personally.

    ...and most fans don't really understand how it works. FA's don't just drop out of the sky when you send an offer...FA's have a choice and the Cards have a bad rap right now....so they've done what they can, and I'd like to give them kudos for effort, keep up the good work. Things don't change overnight, but we need to encourage these new activities of our ball club...do it again next year Cards!
