Say what you will about the Arizona’s bronze ‘Desert Ops’ uniforms, arguably the worst of the Wildcats’ diverse set of combinations for this season.
Allonzo Trier is taking rotten lemons — so now you know what we think — and trying to make lemonade. The Arizona guard made his debut at McKale Center following his lengthy suspension for PED use wearing shoes to match the bronze (or are they gold?) jerseys and shorts.

Those would be Nike Air Zoom Generations, LeBron James’ first signature shoe. Trier showed timeliness in wearing the “Wheat” version of the shoe considering they don’t look great matching with most other any other uniform color schemes.
Furthermore, the Air Zoom Generations were just re-released in limited quantities a day prior.
Here’s another photo of Trier’s special kicks that he finally got to play in.
