Arizona Cardinals Season in Review: Defensive Line

Now that the Arizona Cardinals’ 2014 season is over, it’s time to reflect. Over the next ten days or so, we’ll look back at the Cardinals’ 11-win campaign, position by position.

The Arizona defensive line was dealt a serious blow all the way back in training camp when veteran leader Darnell Dockett suffered a torn right ACL — the first significant injury of the season. It was a sort of harbinger of things to come for the Cardinals, who were forced to employ their “next man up” strategy to deal with Dockett’s injury.

The rest of the line played pretty well in his absence.
