While the NFL may be in a quieter place ahead of the 2017 NFL Draft, the Arizona Cardinals twitter game has not taken a break.
The Cardinals recognized National Lookalike Day with a series of tweets comparing their players to other actors, athletes and animals.

While Carson Palmer’s comparison to Michael C. Hall of Dexter fame may be a bit of a stretch, the Karlos Dansby-Alfonso Ribeiro connection looks good.
The Cards’ comparisons weren’t limited to actors, or humans for that matter.

While the similarity between Tyrann Matheiu and Lamelo Ball is believable, it looks like the Honey Badger should find out what hair product Ball is using to get that much volume. As for Big Red, a direct copy counts as a look-alike right?
In their third round of comparisons, the Cardinals compared their star cornerback to a former big name in the defensive backfield. They also likened Larry Fitzgerald to rapper Ty Dolla $ign.

The Cardinals also showed the resemblance between A.Q. Shipley and his boss, while comparing Chandler Jones to UFC fighter Jon Jones, his own brother. Even they admitted a little burnout by the end.

Other Arizona teams joined in on the fun. Phoenix Rising FC brought up a different kind of TV personality to compare to head coach Frank Yallop, Chef Gordon Ramsay.

Meanwhile, the Diamondbacks examined Archie Bradley’s beard and found someone with similar facial hair.

So if you’ve ever looked at an Arizona professional athlete and said “He looks like ___,” it seems the local social media sphere has you covered.
