NBA reporters and broadcasters named Phoenix Suns forward Marquese Chriss to the All-Rookie Second Team, the league announced on Monday.

The 19-year-old earned 20 first team points to the first team along with 51 points for the second team.

Chriss played in all 82 games and took the starting power forward position from the eighth game of the year until the end of the season. He averaged 9.2 points and 4.2 rebounds per game while shooting 45 percent overall and 32 percent from three-point range.

After a single year at Washington, Chriss was chosen No. 8 overall in the 2016 NBA Draft by the Sacramento Kings and traded on draft night to the Suns.

Bucks guard Malcolm Brogdon, a second-round pick, and Philadelphia forward Dario Saric were two unanimous first team selections. They were joined by Sixers center Joel Embiid, Kings guard Buddy Hield and Knicks big man Willy Hernangomez.

Joining Chriss on the second team were Nuggets guard Jamal Murray, Celtics forward Jaylen Brown, Lakers wing Brandon Ingram and Mavericks point guard Yogi Ferrell.

Phoenix guard Tyler Ulis, the 34th pick, earned 10 points in the voting, while No. 4 overall pick Dragan Bender earned a single point.
