The Arizona Cardinals got right to work as a team on the first day of training camp both on the field and off of it.

The team announced Saturday they have already made roster moves, signing linebacker Tevin Floyd and releasing offensive lineman Lucas Crowley.

Floyd played four years at The Citadel in South Carolina, earning second-team All-Southern Conference honors his last two seasons.

He was one of the defensive leaders on the team, making 86 total tackles his senior year in 2016, adding two sacks and a fumble recovery.

In 2015, his junior year, he started all 13 games and was named the team defensive Most Valuable Player. He recorded 91 tackles, two sacks, three interceptions (two of which were returned for touchdowns), two forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.

He went undrafted in April, but was a part of the Cardinals’ rookie minicamp shortly after.

Crowley was a rookie center for the Cardinals coming out of North Carolina.

Arizona signed him quickly after the draft ended as a free agent.
