The Arizona Cardinals announced Tuesday they have elevated linebacker Scooby Wright from the practice squad to the active roster. They have also signed linebacker Connor Harris and offensive lineman Vinston Painter to the practice squad.

Wright, an alumnus of the University of Arizona, was inactive in Week 1 and has been on the Cardinals practice squad since then. He was drafted in 2016 by the Cleveland Browns but came back to the desert last season in December. Wright has played in three NFL games, all with the Cardinals.

Harris is a 5-foot-11, 242-pound linebacker who played his collegiate football at D-II Lindenwood and set the all-time NCAA record for tackles with 633 in 48 games. He also won the 2016 Cliff Harris Award, given to the top non-D-I defensive player in the country. He signed with the Jets out of college as an undrafted free agent.

Painter played in Sunday’s Cardinals game against the 49ers after joining the active roster the previous day. He originally came to the Cardinals by joining the practice squad in September. He’s previously played with the Redskins, Dolphins, Giants, Browns and Broncos since being drafted out of Virginia Tech in 2013.

The Cardinals’ Week 5 matchup comes in the form of a road contest at the Philadelphia Eagles (3-1).
