Floyd Mayweather vs. Saul “Canelo” Alvarez press tour to stop in Phoenix

Undefeated world champion boxers Floyd Mayweather, Jr. and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez will stop in Phoenix during the course of an 11-city press tour that begins June 24th in New York City. They are promoting their September 14th super fight slated to take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Showtime pay-per-view.
Their Phoenix visit will take place on Tuesday, July 2nd in the morning. ther details, such as location and times have yet to be released. Other stops on the tour include Washington DC, Grand Rapids, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Mexico City, San Antonio and Houston. The tour concludes the afternoon of July 2nd in Los Angeles. The event in Phoenix, as with all of the scheduled press tour stops, will be open to the public.
Tickets for the September clash go on sale June 24th.
