ASU gives its Curtain of Distraction the gift of Archie Claus

Dec 17, 2017, 1:42 PM | Updated: 2:58 pm

Arizona State left the milk and cookies out.

It wasn’t exactly Santa Claus who was attracted to the Curtain of Distraction, but at least he had a well-groomed beard.

Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Archie Bradley threw on the Santa suit and made an appearance from behind the curtain during ASU’s home game against the Vanderbilt Commodores on Sunday.

Bradley has been a busy guy, making house visits across the Valley over the last 24 hours.

On Saturday, he popped down the chimney at Gila River Arena to act as a human slingshot for an on-ice bowling attempt. Unsurprisingly, he located the perfect strike.

Back to work it was on Sunday at Wells Fargo Arena.
