NFL teammates, players and fans react to Carson Palmer’s retirement

After 15 seasons in the NFL and five with the Arizona Cardinals, quarterback Carson Palmer announced his retirement on Tuesday.

Palmer was drafted first overall in the 2003 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. Over the course of his career, he finished 12th overall in the NFL for passing yards and touchdowns.

Shortly after his retirement was announced, many took to Twitter to show support for Palmer, congratulating him on his career.
