Johnnie Kirton back with Rattlers

The Arizona Rattlers were assigned fullback Johnnie Kirton
Thursday.
Kirton, who was second in the Arena Football League in
rushing in 2011, returns to the franchise where he started
his AFL career back in 2010.
The 6-foot3, 283-pound former Washington Husky led the
Rattlers with 64 rushing yards and found the end zone three
times in 2010. Last season, Kirton rumbled for 365 yards
and 13 touchdowns for the Chicago Rush.
The Rattlers (3-1) take on the Iowa Barnstormers (2-2)
Friday night at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
