Once the ringmaster of ‘The Greatest Show on Turf,” fans in Arizona remember Kurt Warner more for his resurgence with the Cardinals.

More notably, the team’s improbable run to the Super Bowl in 2008.

In a ranking compiled by Gregg Rosenthal of NFL.com, Warner was selected as No. 21 of the 60 quarterbacks having played in a Super Bowl.

Warner had a singular career, starting late before winning two MVPs and leading two different teams to the Super Bowl.

The rankings are based on career achievements and regular season success as well as honors such as All-Pro or Pro Bowl recognition.

Warner’s Hall of Fame resume includes two MVP awards and a Super Bowl win with the St. Louis Rams. Joining the Cardinals in 2005, Warner helped the franchise reach its first Super Bowl in 2008.

Despite the outcome of Super Bowl 43, his performance was memorable as he completed 72 percent of his passes for 377 yards and three touchdowns against Pittsburgh, including the go-ahead score to Larry Fitzgerald with 2:37 remaining.

Patriots quarterback Tom Brady tops the list as he chases his sixth title while former Bears signal-caller Rex Grossman sits at No. 60.
