The world shows respect to New York Yankees star Derek Jeter

You don’t have to look very hard to find a sports fan who despises the New York Yankees.

However, it is hard to find anyone who hates Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter.

At the end of this, his 20th season in the Major Leagues, Jeter will hang up his cleats as one of the most revered professional athletes ever.

Tuesday, Jeter is starting in his 14th and final All-Star Game in Minneapolis.

Nike put together a commercial which illustrates the amazing respect Jeter has earned in his remarkable career.
