Dick’s Sporting Goods: you’ve been SERVED.
Arizona resident McKenna Peterson, 12, alias “The Fabulous Basketball Player,” was very upset by what she saw in Dick’s Sporting Goods Basketball 2014 catalog.
More specifically, what she didn’t see upset her. The catalog apparently did not feature a single female athlete.
So she wrote this letter of well-worded outrage to the company:
My 12yr old basketball loving daughter got the latest @DICKS catalog & had a big problem with it. She wrote a letter. pic.twitter.com/MH46ktNOaw

The letter contains some absolute gems, like when she says, “Oh, wait, sorry. There IS a girl in the catalog on page 6. SITTING in the STANDS,” and her signature: “The Fabulous Basketball Player”.
Whatever the best part of this awesome letter is, it got Dick’s attention, and they responded with this:
.@TheCheapSeatsTV An apology to McKenna from our CEO pic.twitter.com/pzBQEh7ozZ

You go, girl.
