Alkins, a sophomore, took to Twitter on Tuesday afternoon to declare for the upcoming draft and mentioned that he would hire an agent.

According to Sports Illustrated, Alkins projects to be a late first-round pick while Trier projects as a second-round pick.
In two seasons together, the duo went 59-13 and captured back-to-back Pac-12 Tournament titles.
Despite having remaining eligibility, both players were honored on Arizona’s senior night with the expectation that they would be turning pro after the season.
The decision of Alkins and Trier comes shortly after that of freshman center Deandre Ayton. With three early entrants and seniors Parker Jackson-Cartwright and Dusan Ristic graduating, head coach Sean Miller will be tasked with replacing his entire starting five next season.
