Diamondbacks-Dodgers game to broadcast exclusively on Facebook

The Arizona Diamondbacks game against the Los Angeles Dodgers Thursday will stream live exclusively on Facebook.

This will be the D-backs’ second time being broadcasted on Facebook this year. An 8-2 win over the Philadelphia Phillies on April 26 was also on Facebook.

The Diamondbacks and the Dodgers will start 12:40 p.m. MST Thursday on the official MLB Facebook page. You can also listen on ESPN 620 AM.

The next game that will be streamed exclusively on Facebook for Arizona is when they travel to San Francisco to take on the Giants June 6.

Here’s how to watch the game on various devices according to MLB:

Desktop:

  1. Launch your web browser and navigate to www.facebook.com.
  2. Log-in to Facebook.
  3. Once logged in, search for “MLB Live.”
  4. Follow the “MLB Live” show Page to receive updates.

Mobile:

  1. Download and/or launch the Facebook app on your phone or tablet device.
  2. Search for “MLB Live.”
  3. Follow the “MLB Live” show Page to receive updates.

Facebook TV/Connected Device App:

Download the Facebook video app on your TV or streaming device and search for “MLB Live.”

(Alternatively) Stream a game from your phone to a TV on the same wifi networkby tapping the (TV) icon.

Additionally, comments from other Facebook users will pop up on your screen as you stream. In order to hide the comments, follow these steps:

Computer/Desktop
