The Arizona Diamondbacks introduced the OnTrac bullpen cart ahead of the 2018 season, providing pitchers the unique opportunity to hitch a ride on the way to the mound.
Despite its appeal, the cart had never been used during the regular season until Saturday’s contest, when Houston Astros relief pitcher Collin McHugh became the first player to enjoy a ride.
At that moment, history was made. And now fans have the opportunity to commemorate it with a limited edition baseball card.

Famous for capturing historic moments in Major League Baseball, Topps Now announced they would honor the first use of the bullpen cart with a card that is available to fans for 24 hours.
The trading card costs just $9.99, including free shipping.
The front of the card bares a picture of the cart, while the back displays information about its use in the sixth inning on Saturday.
McHugh’s ride to the mound was the first time a pitcher used any type of vehicle since 1995, when the Milwaukee Brewers utilized a motorcycle and sidecar as a bullpen cart.
D-backs reliever Archie Bradley was the first member of Arizona’s bullpen to use the cart during an exhibition game against the Cleveland Indians in March.
But it has yet to host a D-back in the regular season.
