Phoenix Suns forward Josh Jackson made the NBA All-Rookie Second Team for the 2017-18 season, the league announced on Tuesday.
After a slow start to the year, Jackson averaged 18.5 points and 6.1 rebounds per game over the last 29 games of the year, scoring 15 points in each of his last 12 outings.
Jackson, the fourth overall pick out of Kansas, averaged 13.1 points, 4.6 rebounds and 1.5 assists over 77 total games in his first season.
Utah Jazz point guard Donovan Mitchell and Philadelphia 76ers point-forward Ben Simmons were unanimous selections to the all-rookie teams and received first-place votes on all 100 ballots from a panel of sportswriters and broadcasters.
They were joined by Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma, Bulls forward Lauri Markkanen and Celtics forward Jayson Tatum on the first team.
The 6-foot-8 Jackson was joined by Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball, Kings guard Bogdan Bogdanovic, Hawks forward John Collins and Mavericks point guard Dennis Smith Jr. on the second team.
