The Arizona Cardinals announced Tuesday they have signed undrafted rookie free agent Austin Wolf and waived fellow receiver Rashad Ross.

The 6-foot-3, 190-pound Wolf recorded 83 receptions for 1,322 yards and 13 touchdowns in 42 games at Akron. As a senior in 2017, he tallied 33 of those catches for 476 yards and five touchdowns.

Wolf will wear No. 15 for the Cardinals.

Ross, 28, is an Arizona State product with 18 games of NFL experience playing for the Washington Redskins from 2015-16.

He has nine career receptions for 192 yards and a touchdown.

Ross didn’t stand out among a number of wide receivers vying to make the 53-man roster. He was also listed as Arizona’s backup punt return man behind rookie and 2018 second-round pick Christian Kirk.
